With over a decade of experience in business advisory in the UK, Tracy transitioned into education when she moved to New Zealand in 2007.

She started as a classroom teacher and then a specialist teacher for children who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Tracy is fluent in New Zealand Sign Language and has completed her Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies with the Trauma Research Foundation in America.
