Hi, I'm Garrit Van Dijk.
I've been bouncing around the Natural Health industry of New Zealand and Canada for over 17 years, but before that I was involved in the Fire Service as a Lieutenant, an educator, and an Arson Investigator. It's the skills I learned as an educator and forensic investigator that has helped me help thousands of clients over the years achieve their health goals through nutrition and natural health practices.
I have studied under some of the best minds in the field of nutrition, homeopathy, herbology, gemmotherapy, nutritional psychology, and nutritional microscopy (just to name a few), and I bring all this learning and experience to my clients in every session.
But that's not 'who' I am. I am a dad of three fine young men, and live in Cambridge. I enjoy active relaxation (squash, gyming, live gigs, and exploring new places). In my 'spare time' I also do a bit of voice acting.
I hope to work with you soon.

Nutritional Microscopist
Live Blood Analysis is a methodology used by trained Nutritional Microscopists to identify certain nutrient deficiencies associated with digestive imbalances, metabolic disorders, hormonal dysregulation, immune system function, etc.
Live Blood Analysis is not a diagnostic tool, but a way for a qualified practitioner to visually see the effects of nutrient deficiency states on the body, through the blood.
Functional Testing
Nutritional functional testing is a comprehensive approach to assessing an individual's nutritional status and overall health by analyzing various biomarkers in the body. These tests go beyond standard blood tests to provide detailed information about how nutrients are being absorbed, utilized, and excreted, as well as how various systems in the body are functioning.
* DNA Testing
Armed with knowledge of your genetic code, DNA testing can help you make smarter choices and discover more effective solutions to optimise your health and reach your goals. DNA testing allows us to better understand a patient’s unique response to different diet, lifestyle and supplement choices (nutrigenetics); as well as their response to certain medications (pharmacogenomics).
* Organic Acids Test (OAT)Provides an accurate metabolic snapshot of what is going on in the body. Besides offering the most complete and accurate evaluation of intestinal yeast and bacteria, it also provides information on important neurotransmitters, nutritional markers, glutathione status, oxalate metabolism, and much more. The test includes 76 urinary metabolite markers that can be very useful for discovering underlying causes of chronic illness.
The OAT Assists in Evaluating:
• Krebs Cycle Abnormalities
• Neurotransmitter Levels
• Nutritional Deficiencies
• Antioxidant Deficiencies
• Yeast and Clostridia Overgrowth
• Fatty Acid Metabolism
• Oxalate Levels
• And More
